I'm Tiffany Sinton. I help people who left the system build offers that don't inadvertently rebuild it.
Thirty years of learning design + leadership in visionary education, forged into work that holds transformation instead of compliance.
Who is Tiffany Sinton?
I saw what the system was designed to do. And I refused to do it.
I was the misfit in a leather jacket and jeans in a sea of business suits and compliance. The school leader who got noticed by a global tech company for doing things differently in education. The educator commissioned to write a book, invited to speak to worldwide audiences… validated from outside the system for the very things that made me an outlier within it.
Now I bring all of that… thirty years of understanding how learning actually works, how transformation actually happens, and why most teaching gets in the way of both… to the online coaching and course creation world.
Because the same broken model I fought in schools?
It's running inside most coaching programs right now. Dressed up differently. Priced higher. But built on the same compliance code of the “OUTSOURCED THINKING ERA”.
I'm here to find it. And forge something better in its place.

She came to me with an art and creativity program built on genuine expertise and generosity. She'd poured everything into it: detailed instructions, comprehensive lessons, nothing left out. She'd wait until every single member had finished one step before moving the group on to the next, making sure nobody was left behind.
It was thorough. It was also, ironically, teaching her creative community to copy, rather than create.

We designed her membership to give her members some creative wiggle room within a trusted structure… room to move at their own pace, make their own creative decisions, and trust their own instincts, without losing the depth and structure that made her teaching valuable in the first place.
Since then, her membership has grown exponentially. She now runs in-person workshops alongside it, and what was once an unpaid, entrepreneurial hobby has become a money-making business.
