You already have a transformation gap
You don't need all five. Even one is enough to block transformation.
Your clients say the session was valuable. Then don't do a single thing with it. The more you give, the less lands.
They nod. They understand. They still can't do it without you. Understanding an idea and making meaning from it are two different things.
They start strong. They vanish somewhere in the middle. Motivation gets them started. It doesn't keep them going.

I was the misfit in a leather jacket and jeans in a sea of business suits and compliance. The school leader who won awards and got scooped up by a global tech company… all for doing things differently in education. The educator commissioned to write a book, invited to speak to worldwide audiences… validated from outside the system for the very things that made me an outlier within it.
Then I stepped into the online entrepreneurial world…
And that same broken model I fought in schools?
I discovered it running inside most coaching programs too!
Dressed up differently. Priced higher. But built on the same compliance code of what I call the “Outsourced Thinking Era”.
Now I bring all of that… thirty years of understanding how learning actually works, how transformation actually happens, and why most ‘teaching’ gets in the way of both… to the online coaching and course creation world.

She came to me with an art and creativity program built on genuine expertise and generosity. She'd poured everything into it: detailed instructions, comprehensive lessons, nothing left out.
