This isn't a "here's what I did this week" kind of space. It's closer to sitting in on the conversations already happening in my head… about offer design, transformation, and the compliance-coded mess still running underneath most of this industry, dressed up differently and priced higher.

Thirty years ago I was the misfit in a leather jacket in a room full of business suits, watching an education system train compliance and call it learning. I see the same pattern now, just wearing better branding. That's what this space is for… naming it when I see it, and figuring out, in real time, what to forge instead.
